Who We Are

Our Philosophy

We're not here to reproduce the many generic dining experiences you can get around the city. We're here to shake things up.

Smokey Barrels isn’t here to reproduce the many generic dining experiences you can get around the city. We are here to shake things up and do things differently. The restaurant has had a complete refurbishment: exposed brick, rustic wood and recycled metal, with big screens for the sport and a kitchen turning out Indian grills and curries.

The Food

The kitchen is built around the clay tandoor. Our mixed grills come straight out of it: chicken tikka, garlic chicken tikka, seekh kebab, chicken wings, lamb chops and masala fish, from a Classic Small for one up to the Mega Mix Grill that shares between three.

Alongside the grills there are curries, from mild butter chicken to lamb rogan josh, with paneer tikka masala and tarka daal for vegetarians. For anyone who isn’t in the mood for Indian there are burgers, pizzas and pub classics, and a children’s menu for the little ones.

The Drinks

House and premium cocktails, pitchers for the table, nine beers on tap, wines and fizz, and a back bar of rums, whiskeys, vodkas and premium gins. Driving? There are mocktails and a long list of soft drinks too.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the all-new Smokey Barrels.
